For more than two decades Adam C. Jones has worked at the intersection of leadership, talent, and organizational transformation. He has built enterprise-wide talent programs at some of the world's largest technology companies, partnered with C-suite executives and global business leaders across Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies, and developed a framework for professional relationships that changes how leaders build their teams and advance their careers.

Credentials
I hold a Master of Science in Labor Relations and Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island. I am an ACC certified professional coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Diversity Coach from the Institute for Coaching Innovation, and hold advanced certifications in Hogan Assessments, the Intercultural Development Inventory, Diversity and Inclusion from eCornell, and Integrated Talent Management from the Association for Talent Development.
